8.1.23 Back to school we go! I am enrolled in the MPH program at SCSU. I will receive a Masters in Public Heath upon completion.


​7.1.23 I am enrolled in 2 year Functional Nutrition Counselor certification program through the Functional Nutrition Lab with Andrea Nakaymar and her team of Doctors, Nutritionists and specialists. 


6.1. 22 I have received my  95 hour RCYT(Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) certification through Yoga Ed upon teaching 30 hours of Children’s Yoga. Check out their website for more information at https://yogaed.com/

SUN MOON FIRE FLOW

Sun Class ☀️To enliven and sensitize. Filled with Backbends, Laterals, Namaskars (Salutations) and conscious Vinyasa.Focus on developing the inhalation. Test strength and balance in a one hour practice.

Moon Class 💫 To calm, ground and restore .This is a relaxing and rewarding evening vinyasa with more Forward Folds and Twists.​ Focus on developing exhalation.Emphasis on stability and flexibility.


Fire Class🔥To energize and strengthen

For those looking for a challenge to grow in their practice. Work through inversions, extensions, heart openers and back bends.

Each student is encouraged to do what is right for them throughout the practice.

About Namaste on Main

In  2016 I took my voyage across seas and completed my 200 hour Teacher Training at The Practice in Bali, Indonesia. I spent 2 months in Bali practicing and learning about traditional Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on Alignment Orientation. I am a registered 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainer (YTT) and I am registered through Yoga Alliance.

You can find my credentials and continuing education hours through YA.


In October of 2019 I completed a 30 hour Prenatal Certification with ShivaShakti School of Yoga and Healing Arts in Rockland, Maine. This training prepared me to confidently teach Prenatal Classes during all stages of the pregnancy. We practice self-care during

pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

In October 2021 I completed the RCYT, a 95 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification though YogaEd. After completing 30 hours of additional teaching hours I am now certified to teach Children´s Yoga, Teen´s Yoga and Trauma-informed Yoga.

Everybody is unique, with their own limitations and and exceptional abilities. My goal is to accommodate every individual that comes to my class to the best of my ability. Yoga is a practice, it is a journey. It is not about touching your toes or doing a handstand ( however, we can get you there if that is your goal ! ) Yoga is here to help us to feel better in our bodies.  We must take care of our bodies today, we only get one !

Pre-Natal and RCYT

Pre-natal : I am extremely proud to say Namaste on Main has had their SECOND baby! (Welcome baby Hazel !) And many more to come!! 

All pregnancies and individuals are unique. Only you know your limits best. 

**One imperative rule in all classes : Keep yourself and your baby at the forefront -only you know your limitations. **


Please consider exploring yoga before practicing when pregnant.  

*As always, consult your primary care provider before practicing yoga.* By rule you should not lay on your belly nor do any twisting. Some mamas twist all the way through other mamas wont lay on their backs for too long. You have to listen to your body and your baby ! 

**One imperative rule in all classes : Keep yourself and your baby in mind first and foremost -only you know your limitations best. **

If you are expecting - we expect you to let us know upon beginning your first class. 


Books/ notes can be provided upon joining if you are interested ! 



RCYT(Registered Children’s Yoga Trainer) Childrens,Teens and Truma-informed : In June 2021 I completed my 95 hour RCYT through YogaEd. This 6 month training has prepared me to feel comfortable teaching children and teens from a Trauma-informed lens. I have been teaching yoga in a private school since February 2022. Processing grief through yoga

 I lost my mom this past February and what a challenging road it has been! The foundations of yoga have helped me beyond measure throughout her declining health and the grief that has come with her passing. Teaching and or practicing yoga every day has helped me cope during this trying time  !
